Abstract

Establishment the concept of scientific development and construction of a socialist harmonious society are the Communist Party of China Central put forward Chinese major strategy concept.To implement the scientific concept of development,we must adhere to people-centered,integrated,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.Establishment of concept of scientific development is Premise of construction of a socialist harmonious society.Only there is a harmonious society,there is a sustainable development situatiaon.
