On the Intrinsic Relation of the Scientific Concept of Development and the Socialist Harmonious Society

The scientific concept of development which is proposed by the Central Committee of the CCP is a significantly strategic concept about the development of the economic society,while the construction of the socialist harmonious society is a strategic decision which implements it.Only if setting up the scientific concept of development,and only if persisting humanism and comprehensive and sustainable development,can the socialist harmonious society be constructed.Also only continuously constructing socialist harmonious society,can the realization of both the scientific concept of development and the scientific development goal be guaranteed,whose union represents in the goal of building the comprehensive well-off society and in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
