Chinical Study on Coronary Heart Disorder Heart Qi Belonging to Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Treated by Tonifying Qi and Invigorating Blood Method

Abstract

Objective:To study the mechanism of coronary heart disorder heart Qi belonging to deficiency and blood stasis type treated by tonifying Qi and invigorating blood decoction.Methods:Before and after treatment,observing correlative clinical symptoms and various kinds of lab indication also checking by statistics.Results:It indicated obviously improving deficiency and stasis syndrome(effective rate is 89%),relieving angina pectorisis(effective rate:80%).Conclusion:Tonifying Qi and invigorating blood decoction is able to treat coronary heart disorder.Its mechanism may be related to eliminate blood viscosity and fibrinogen,increase left heart function and coronary artery blood stream quantity,improve blood insufficiency supply of heart muscle and oxygen.
