Abstract
Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH),which has been widely used in medical research,is an effective approach to identify genes that vary in expression levels,SSH was also applied in plant research widely because of its low false positives, high sensibility and high efficiency. In recent years,SSH was used in soybean researches relating to soybean mosaic virus, phytophthora, photoperiodism, abiotic stresses, etc. In this review, the principle, characteristics, improvement of SSH and the application of SSH was introduced and summarized in soybean researches.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
