Research on the Development Trend of Traditional Sports in Folk Festival——Taking Yunnan Dali Bai March Street as Example

By using the methods of literature and field survey,taking the March Street folk Festival on Dali as example,this paper makes comparative research on the function and development trends of traditional sports in the folk festival.Conclusion:The roles and functions of the national traditional sports are conveying to promote economic development and obey the government management from the previous religious beliefs,cultural heritage,physical and mental pleasure,health,and enhance unity,mainly performance on socialization,industrialization and modernization trends in the national tradition sports,both pros and cons.Recommendation:Government should establish guidance mechanism,strengthen the protection and heritage of folk culture on the basis of increasing economic investment,in order to protect the development of minority group sports and cultural.
