The Influence of Adinbitor on the Proliferation and Apoptosis and Migration of B16 Melanoma Cell

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of Adinbitor on the proliferation and apoptosis and migration of B16 melanoma cell.Methods The effect of Adinbitor on B16 melanoma cell proliferation was detected by MTT colorimetric analysis.The morphological changes of Adinbitor-incuced B16 melanoma cell apoptosis was observed by using hoechest dye.The adhesion and immigration capacity of B16 melanoma cell were assessed respectively by the crystal violet staining and incorporation of polycarbonate filters in modified transwell chambers.Results Adinbitor had a strong inhibition on the proliferation of B16 melanoma cell in dose-dependent manner.ID50 value of Adinbitor for inhibiting proliferation was 2.68 μmol/L.Adinbitor could induce B16 melanoma cell apoptosis,inhibite the adhesion and migration in dose-depended manner.Conclusion Adinbitor may depress the adhesion and migration and inhibite proliferation of B16 melanoma cell,and promote apoptosis of the B16 melanoma cell.
