Abstract
The binding characteristics between azathiprine and human serumalbumin was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The equilibrium constant,K, and the number of binding sites, n ,have been measured .The effect of azathiprine on the conformation of HSA was also analysited using syuchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. The combination reaction of azathiprine with HSA is a single static quenching process and azathiprine can effect the conformation of human serum albumin.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
