Abstract

It seems that literary development is simple, but it is complex. The discussions about literary development are not sufficient in most of books on literary theory.Literary development is not an issue of time nor a developing sequence based on time.In fact,we cannot say that the literature now has to be more valuable than those in the past. This paper proposes some new views about literary development based on the literary development since the 1980s and some western literary theory.
