Abstract

10-boats-synchro-27-hour survey was carried out in the Yellow River estuary and its adjacent water in August,2003. The distribution and change of dissolved inorganic phosphorus, dissolved organic phosphorus, dissolved total phosphorus were studied. The results showed that the concentration of dissolved inorganic phosphorus was very low. The dissolved organic phosphorus was the main component of dissolved total phosphorus, with the percentage above 85%. The concentrations of each kind of phosphorus decreased greatly from the estuary to the adjacent water. The change of gradient of DTP、DOP was much larger than that of DIP. The tide in the Yellow River estuary greatly influenced the concentration of each kinds of phosphorus, while the affection was not obvious in the adjacent water.
