Abstract

This paper is to introduce the concept of general education into the field of adult English teaching in medical college.With the consideration of the characteristics of adult learners English studying mode and the employment of general educationbased teaching concept,the paper is to reconstruct the practical and realistic scheme to innovate the teaching of adult English from the perspectives of changing students learning motivation,adopting concrete incentive measures and presenting positive teaching style in classroom.
