On Leading Cadres' Quality & Perfection

Abstract
The paper presents the importance in improving cadres qualities, illustrates the content of leading cadres in the light of seven points, that is, thought quality; theory quality; professional skills; knowledge capabilities; potential quality; moral quality and body and mind quality, and sums up the necessary qualities that the cadres should have in the new stage. Finally the author analyzes the approach to be perfect and stresses the meaning in enhancing the quality building.;
