Abstract

Being as the leading cadres of the information era,they must possess the information quality,which is one of the basic qualities,however numerous leading cadres of our country don't pay enough attention to this.By using the actual examples,this paper probes into the necessity of improving the information quality of the leading cadres in the modern society and the cultivation of the information quality.
