Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with acupuncture and moxibustion in order to verify the process and the synergistic effect of acupuncture.Methods:87 cases of dysmenorrhea patients were divided into two groups.47 patients were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and associated with dysmenorrhea,according to different cards and added subtract acupoints;The control group used only 40 cases of acupuncture,acupoints,the principle of selecting points as treatment group.Result:The total effective rate was 91.5% in the treatment group,the total efficiency was 75.0% in the control group,and the difference was significant(P0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with acupuncture has a very good synergistic effect on dysmenorrhea.
