Thinking on the Peasant's Attitude towards the problem of "Agriculture Countryside Peasant

Agriculture Countryside Peasant is the most important one in present China, but the life condition of peasant hasn' t been improved by a series of reform in these years. Peasants still feel disappointed and have no way out after the promulgation of each new policy. Their attitudes to the problem get more pessimistic. Therefore, the methods of solving the problem is to merge fee into tax and make taxation standardized, to reform commune system of organization ,perfect peasants' self-government, to shorten the distinction between city and county and quicken urbanization process.
