On Solution to "Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant" Problems by Training and Developing Agricultural Human Resource

Based on the reasons of Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant Problems, this paper analyzes the exsiting policies and measures to solve Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant Problems, and puts forward that the necessary precondition to solve Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant Problems is to train and develop agricultural human resource. On the basis of analyzing the actuality of agricultural human resource and agricultural education resource, we think the basic education and technology education could not be marketed in the countryside, and we should solve Agriculture, Countryside and Peasant Problems by building education system to enjoy educated rights for peasants, and innovating education investment system in our country, and building special transferred payout education system in the countryside, and we have to carry out special policies to solve technology education problem in the countryside.
