Abstract

Trace amounts of Lewisite in water were determined by solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The operating conditions such as the agent dose of derivatization reaction, extraction fibers, and extraction time were studied. The linear range, detection limit, recovery and relative standard deviation were 1.8-216 μg/L,0.3 μg/L(S/N=3),95%-103%,and 7.6%,respectively.
