Abstract

The trace lewisite in the water was determined by SPME coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The operating conditions such as the agent dose of derivatization, extraction fiber, extraction time were studied. The linear range, detection limit, recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD) were 1.1~220 ng/mL,0.0001 mg/L(S/N=3),93.2%~104.4% and 3.4%,respectively.
