Abstract
To great extent,the middle modality of the limited liability corporation in the modality of enterprise makes construction of the law very difficult to choose between the partnership and the stock limited company,and the potential shortcoming of the limited liability corporation makes it face theory and practice conflict of maintaining its exist or abolishing.Therefore,how to search for the path to regulation has theoretical and practical significance.
