Abstract

The West Region of China should have a correct understanding of the connotations and the features of the knowledge_based economy, and combine it with the local situations, vigorously develop the rural education and life education, and the industries with regional characteristics in order to enhance the economic development in this region and meet the challenges of the knowledge_based economy.
