Effect of the porcine membrane biological dressing on rabbit's wound healing

Abstract

Objective To study the mechanism of the porcine membrane biological dressing of wound healing.Methods Compared with vaseline gauze used as control group,the porket membrane biological dressing were dressed on the rabbit's wounds after the operation.The rates of wound healing and pathologic changes were observed in different times.Results The porcine membrane biological dressing can accelerate the healing of rabbit wound and improve the quality of rabbit repaired skin.Conclusion The porcine membrane biological dressing has the favorable effects on rabbit wound healing.
