Abstract

Objective To study the mechanism of porket skin biological dressing on wound healing. Methods ompared with vaseline gauze used as control group, the porket skin biological dressing were dressed on the wounds after the operation. The rates of wound healing and inflammation and growth of granulation were observed. Results The porket skin biological dressing can accelerate the healing of porcine skin wound and reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the growth of granulation tissues. Conclusion The porket skin biological dressing has the favorable effects on wound healing.
