Study on Construction of the Fourth Party Logistics Enterprise in Shenzhen

Logistics industry as one of the pillar industries of Shenzhen,these years,due to the impact of european debit crisis,industrial upgrading,it is facing cost increasing,profit decline and competition intense problems. Along with this situation,a new type logistics mode——the fourth party logistics is emerging quietly. This thesis base on the development condition of Shenzhen A company,study the advantages disadvantages in Shenzhen A logistics enterprises and the opportunities challenges they are facing from point of strategy by SWOT. The thesis analyzes the key points and conditions of fourth party logistics transformation; expound a Shenzhen logistics enterprise how to translate into fourth party logistics successfully. It provides some meaningful references for the local government,logistics industry and other enterprises while they are developing the fourth party logistics.
