Abstract
The design idea of the CNC(Computerized Numerical Control) experimental platform based on Sinumerik 802D is illustrated.The design of the power supply system,CNC module,servo module,I/O board,magazine module and fault setting module are detailed.In the end,the experiments based on this platform are designed.The experiments of such courses as fundamentals and system of CNC,machine tool electricity and PLC,servo system,CNC machine maintenance and diagnosis are included.
