Second Development of Human Machine Interface Based on SINUMERIK 840D Numerical Control System

Abstract

Based on the software HMI and the open platform provided by SINUMERIK 840D CNC system,the special interface was designed with VB,the language dynamic link library was established with VC++,the integration of the interface and working method was embedded into SINUMERIK 840D CNC system.The designed man-machine interface for drilling and milling CNC machine was simulated with computer and can work on CNC machine in laboratory.
