A Discussion of Reform,Development and Transformation of Non-governmental Higher Education and the Influence over Ethnic Regions

Non-governmental higher education,through reform and development,has become an important part of higher education system of China.It has formed a school running system of co-development together with higher education run by the government.However,there are still many problems in non-governmental higher education,especially in ethnic regions.In the in-depth reform of school running system of non-governmental higher education in China,all kinds of policies and rules are being enforced.Therefore,it is necessary to make a discussion of the transformation of non-governmental higher education in China.
