Developmental Niche for China's Non-governmental Higher Education in the Field of Educational System and Policies

Non-governmental higher education institutions in China have undergone a difficult stage from non-credential education to credential education for regular courses and,as a brilliant result,achieved legal status.But the development of non-governmental higher education still depends mainly on the educational policies.Due to the ambiguity and defects of the current educational system and policies for the structural standardization of non-governmental higher education and also to the inherent limitations of these educational policies,the educational system and policies have made the schooling incentive mechanism of non-governmental higher education uncertain.It is difficult for China's non-governmental higher education institutions to make long-term schooling planning.To some extent,this problem is likely to make non-governmental higher education institutions distort their schooling behavior,and hold up the participation of social capital in the non-governmental higher education field.Therefore,the developmental niche for China's non-governmental higher education in the field of educational system and policies is a problem that needs to be solved in no time.
