Reform and Practice of Medical Person with Ability in Physics Teaching

Objective: To foster the innovative medical person with ability for development needs of society.Methods: Learning from the lack in traditional medical physics teaching,we adjust teaching mode,reform teaching content,improve teaching methods,reform the assessment methods,and strengthen the construction of teachers.Results: Teaching content is more close to the medicine.The teaching mode and methods are well praised by students.The overall quality of teachers is improved.Conclusions: Teaching reform improves the teaching quality,stimulates the interesting in learning and lays the foundation for fostering the medicinal person with ability.
