The Reform and Construction of Medical Physics Course Under the Education Background of Excellent Doctors

The most important thing in contemporary medical education is that what kind of person medical education should cultivate exactly.Under the background of outstanding physician education,medical physics teaching should adapt to the development of the times.Our teaching purpose is to nurture a new generation of medical talents for motherland who have a modern scientific thought,noble medical ethics,logical thinking ability and capacity of integrated innovation.The teachers are the main body of the teaching,and the construction of teachers team is the premise of course construction and teaching reform.Teaching materials are to reflect the knowledge carrier of teaching contents and teaching methods,the basic teaching tools,but also the important guarantee of deepening the education teaching reform,promoting the quality education and the cultivation of creative talents and improving the quality of teaching.In view of different students,using flexible teaching methods is the center of the teaching reform.Attaching importance to the introduction class teaching can effectively improve the students' learning interest and motivation to learn physics.Classroom demonstration experiment is a good method to attract attention and interest in learning.Making full use of network resources,establishing class public mailbox,and using E-mail to answers questions for students are the most effective method of solving the problems of student learning.Through the reform and construction of medical physics curriculum,the authors have obtained the certain experience and achievement.We wish we can exchange experience with domestic colleague for continuous progress.
