Abstract

By scanning electron microscopic observation of the pheromone-producing gland of female Atrijuglans hetaohei Yang(the release system of pheromone)and the antennae of male moth(the receive system of pheromone),this study showed that the gland is an eversible fold situated ventrally in the modified intersegmental membrane between the eighth and ninth abdominal segments,antennal sensilla contain sensillum trichodeum and sensillum chaeticum.The study of sex Pheromone communication system will help to quick extract,analyze and synthesize the pheromone of Atrijuglans hetaohei Yang.
