Analyses on species diversity of Castanopsis eyrei community in Jinggangshan nature reserve

Flora composition and species diversity features of Castanopsis eyrei community in jing-gang Mountain were analyzed,according to the statistics from 6 sample plots. The result show:(1)there are 116 species (including varieties)of 85 genus belonging to 59 families of vascular plants.In terms of geographical composition of vascular plant genus,most of them are tropical genera,a few temperate genera. (2 )The diversity indexes of tree layer,shrub layer or herb layer among various plots are somewhat different, the species diversity of shurb layer is the highest,the tree layer the second, and the herb layer the lowest in the vertical structure of the community.
