Abstract
56 male rats were divided into 7 groups randomly, control group, stress group, mental stress group, exercise group with 30 min exercise, stress with 30 min exercise group,60 min exercise group, stress with 60 min exercise group.Swimming exercise of 8 weeks was made for each group, and mental stress was carried on within last two weeks. The result showed that there was significantly influence of mental stress on restriction of immune function of rats.IL-1 in plasma was significantly lower than that of control group. The level of β-EP and corticosterone were significantly higher than that of control group.Exercise as an effective way to reduce mental stress response has obviously protection on body function.Comparing with stress group, the level of IL-1 was increased, while β-EP and corticosterone was decreased for exercise with stress. It concluded that mental stress as stress source could induce strong mental reaction of rat. This leaded to hypoendocrinism and restricted immune function.Exercise with middle load under stress condition has significantly protection on body function of rats.It can better promote anti-stress ability for body than exercise with low load.
