Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of low and moderate exercise on blood serum IFN-γ and IL-4 in SD rats after acute mental stress and its adjusting mechanism.56 rats were divided into 7 groups randomly.The rats were carried through a swimming training of 12 weeks and exerted on a 15 minutes acute mental stress in the morning just after the day of exercise ending and the level of IFN-γ and IL-4 were measured.The result showed that 1) Compared with the control group,the concentration of IFN-γ of rats in mental stress group was higher significantly (P0.05) than that in the control group,but the concentration of IL-4 had no change.2) Compared with mental stress group,both concentrations of IFN-r of rats in stress +60minites exercise group and that in stress+30 minutes group were hoisted,the concentration of IFN-γ of rats in stress +60minites exercise group is higher significantly than that in mental stress group(P0.01).It concluded that actual mental stress could enhance innate immune function and cell immune function of SD rats.Suitable exercise could further promote the effect.The effect of moderate exercise was better than that of low exercise.
