Abstract
Land-use planning and management is significant means to ensure the implementation of sustainable land.In order to realize the scientific and operational of preparation production of Land-use planning,change of dynamic data information management automation,information technology are an inevitable trend.At present,Land-use planning and management as an important means of macroeconomic control is becoming more and more attention with the deepening of overall land-use planning revision work.Based on the MO component and VB development language,taking the land-use basic data of Dongxiang County in Fuzhou City as an example,the integrated management of Graphic and adapt to the land-use planning and management information systems required for business management are designed and researched.
