Abstract

The paper discussed the applications of 3S technology in obtaining accurate current data of land use,integrating multi-source information,developing information systems of land use planning,managing the results of land use planning and monitoring the carrying out of projects.It also introduced some ideas of using 3S technology in improving spatial data models,developing information systems for land use planning.
