Abstract

Established a method for the determination of amino acids neurotransmitter in rat brain by RPHPLC. The samples were pre-column derivated with DNFB,Diamonsil C18column(4.6×200mm,5μm),acetonitrile /acetate buffer solu-tion as mobile phase, gradientelution with UV 350nm detection.According to the study, amino acids were separated within 18 mins. The linear re-lation was well in the range from 0.01 to 100ug/ml,The correlation coefficients were:Asp0.9985,Glu0.9976,Gly 0.9943,GABA0.9924 respectively. The precisions were Asp2.4%,Glu3.8%,Gly 3.2%and GABA3.5%for interlay:The average recoveries of amino acid were Asp 95. 18%,Glu 94.70%,Gly 97.60%and GABA95.90%respectively.The method was speediness, accurate, simple, high sensible and well repetition, and supplied a reference for the clinic determination and scientific research.
