Abstract

Additional information is given on X. zulu Heyns, 1965, and three closely related species are descriptionbed from South Africa: X. mampara, n.sp., which lacks a Z-organ and has a shorter tail, X. louisi n.sp., also without a Z-organ and with an even shorter tail with a tendency to be pegged, and X. rarum n.sp., which has spinelike processes in the uterus and closely resembles X. malagasi Luc, 1973.
