Abstract
Hemodialysis is the most common renal replacement therapy in the world, and hemodialysis adequacy is an important and influential factor in the reduction of various complications experienced by dialysis patients. Multiple factors influence hemodialysis adequacy. This study was conducted to determine hemodialysis adequacy and its relationship with various dialysis related parameters .The study also looked into the the adequacy trend at initiation and after 3 months of dialysis.
