Abstract
Food safety is a big problem. Food traceability can effectively protect food safety. We have designed a complete life cycle food traceability system, using RFID technology to achieve full process supervision from source, circulation and consumption. At the same time, the RFID fault tolerance mechanism is designed to ensure the practicability of the system. Practice has proved that our system effectively provides traceability of food, especially meat, and achieves food safety protection.
