The article considers the exit of a state from an international organization as a special type of denunciation of its constituent act. An analysis of the provisions of the statutes on withdrawal from international organizations shows that despite certain specificity, they do not differ from the provisions on denunciation and withdrawal contained in ordinary treaties. All of them belong to the same institution of denunciation of international treaties.
