Abstract
Nowadays solar power is becoming most convenient and suitable source of renewable energy. And during this which have to face many disturbance like harmonics, inrush current in grid connected transformer. Due to which the quality of power has been diminished or increased. This review paper is all about how the mitigation techniques are used in inrush current in transformer and how to improve the power quality and comparison between several techniques for reducing inrush current. Due to these mitigation processes inrush or transient current which is drawn in transformer get reduces and give better result in power generation field.
