An exploratory study for developing the evaluation criteria on open education program

Recently, open education programs are widely spreaded in our school. We need to evaluate the open education program since educational programs should be revised and improved for the better quality of education. The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation criteria on open education program. We extracted four criteria on open education from the related literature review. They consist of educational goal, curriculum and evaluation, teachinglearning process and educational environment.
