The central-local dynamics in Implementing China’s ethnic minority policy

This research examines the conditions of the growing ethnic tensions in China from the perspective of the relationship between the central and local government.It argues that the gap between ethnic policy design and implementation amplifies the State's failure to fulfil what it has institutionalised in the Constitution, legislative documents and administrative decrees.The supported me unconditionally and guided me through every step of the project.
