Contemporary ethnic minority areas public policy implementation effectiveness research

Since the reform and opening up,the ethnic minority regions have also been long-term development and progress in various aspects which among the country's public policies played a great role.In this paper,I summarizes the special nature of the ethnic minority areas,put forward the main problems and analysis the reasons in the implementation.And then proposed the issues by the particularity.We should improve the implementation of public policy from the subject,object,environment and mechanisms,etc to ensure the realization of public interests.The paper also enriched the studies of public policy in the ethnic minority areas.
