Abstract
Organizational management is based on the basic principles: planning, organizing, motivating, coordinating and controlling. Proper (optimum) use of the work force, the introduction of control mechanisms, and the introduction of a Balanced Score Card (BSC) can seriously affect the increase in the efficiency and productivity of organizations and contribute to increasing their revenue. Managers' teams are up to the challenge to optimize resources for work, improve quality of work, increase profits, increase productivity and efficiency of the organization, i.e. to perform a greater amount of work with the optimum number of employees, while not sacrificing the quality of the work done.
