Construction of a New Model of Education Management Based on School Enterprise Collaboration

Under the background of accelerating the construction of modern vocational education system, the personnel training mode of school enterprise cooperation has been further improved and developed, and the function of collaborative education has been expanded. This paper analyzes the background of the integration of enterprise depth influence on the students' education and management changes, expounds the problems and challenges faced by students' education and management under the new environment, put forward to build government, schools, enterprises and families of multiple dimensions of student education and management system, create financing sharing, collaboration linkage mechanism, in order to improve the effectiveness of the deep integration of schools under the background of cooperative education.
