Abstract
The academic laboratory is the important understructure for teaching,research and technology.With the university education system reforming and perfecting,higher requirements of the laboratory management means are put forwards.A new type of management system design based on the laboratory is introduced.This management system can effectively strengthen and enhance the labs management level.Some suggestions and references for the education system reforming are discussed.
