Abstract

In the article, the metaphilosophical problem as one of the central problems of modern philosophy is substantiated. Metaphilosophy is presented by the author as a way to overcome instinctivity and methodological uncertainty of philosophising. The problem of metaphilosophy is considered in three aspects: crisis (definition of philosophy as an opportunity to overcome a crisis state), methodical (definition of philosophy for initiation to philosophising) and methodological (definition of philosophy for philosophising). In addition, the relationship between philosophy and metaphilosophy is studied.
