On 28 human fetuses with 130,0-375,0 mm of their parietal-coccygeal length by means of conventional methods and fine dissection under the binocular microscope control, macromicroscopy, morphometry and 3-D reconstruction variant anatomy and topographic-anatomic features of the parotid gland and parotid duct have been studied. The results of computed 3-D reconstruction of the parotid gland suggests the most practical its description as a triangular pyramid with its base facing the zygomatic arch and its apex directed downwards, to the angle of the mandible. A hardening of fascial-cellular formations in the places of close topographical and anatomical interrelations of the parotid gland with adjacent organs and structures is found.
