Abstract
The development of data process system in a pre-research subject is challenge and explorative. Obvious, the traditional life cycle of Waterfall mode is not applicative to the process of the software. To resolve this problem, a V + iterative + waterfall model is applied to the development of the pre-research subject EP satellite data process system by taking into account the character of the project Team and the software. The results show this method can supply the guidance for the software developers.
