Abstract
This chapter focuses on the basic principles used in seed health monitoring, including sampling and testing methods that can be adapted to suit most requirements. Molecular techniques that can simultaneously perform both pathogen detection and identification are discussed and various web-based resources for diagnosing fungal plant pathogens in seeds are highlighted.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
